We reached out to Al and White Knight for services needed in our new home in Rockville, Maryland. He was so responsive, did an estimate quickly and then promptly completed the work, all in a few days. Not only were they fast, and helpful, they gave us ideas and tips on how to maintain our wood floors, in addition to fixing them. When we went back to him with questions about our basement, he knew the answer and offered to help fix them that day! I've never experienced better customer service and I would and I will recommend White Knight Carpet Cleaning to any maryland/dc/va resident. Truly a 5 star services, compiled with kindness and efficiency. You won't find better for your home needs. I cannot say enough good things about this carpet cleaning business. I only wish I had taken before and after photos. No photos - but please trust and accept my sincere kudos. He arrived early, and took less than ten minutes to survey the property and prepare. I had a few spots I was really worried about from my shih tzu (ugh the joy and pain of pet ownership ) and food/juice spills on my buttermilk colored carpet. He pre-spotted the stains and went in for the clean. He completed the cleaning on approximately 2800 square feet like a charm. He worked quickly. I was working at home and in meetings, but I explained this to him so he worked around my schedule to avoid any interruptions.  it only took a few hours, I was only slightly inconvenienced. You won't find another crew more thorough. They take cleaning to a whole new level. I've used Alirio for basic cleaning, deep move-in/move-out cleaning which always include steam cleaning of the floors whether you have carpet, tile or wood! I am a renter in The Lakeland's. 3 years in a townhome with 3 young kids, the carpet had food, coffee and slime stains. All of it GONE. The carpet looks like new. Reasonable price for the work that was done with an honest estimate. Best of all was customer service. The owner is easy to work with and thorough. Al removed stains that I had cleaned for years and thought were permanent. He was efficient, communicative and neat in our home in addition to being reasonably priced even without going through a coupon drill like some places. Ray has been cleaning carpets in our house for about 7 years now, and it says something that I keep having him back year after year.  He basically uses superhot water, which means hardly any chemical is required to get clean carpets - and there's zero odor afterward (your mileage may vary on chemicals needed, depending on how soiled, but we clean annually so its usually a breeze).  He shows up on time and everything is in his vehicle, and all the collected water leaves with him too.  He is full of tips and tricks for handling carpet problems. I could not be happier with the carpet cleaning service offered by White Knight. Using a local business was very important to me, and I am very happy I went with White Knight. From the moment I called I was put at ease by the owner and felt assured he would do a quality job. Together we worked out a great price that was better than even the cut rate coupons by "competitors" I never felt any pressure that he was trying to up sell me or bait and switch. The owner is a friendly, trustworthy, and honest businessman. I ak very happy with how my carpets look and would happily use him again for any carpet cleaning services.
